Introducing Well@Work, the business solution designed to more effectively manage workplace injuries by providing physical therapy treatment and prevention training on-site.

Take care of your employees while reducing your exposure to worker’s compensation and other liabilities. PreceptWellness offers our services in both a preventative and rehabilitative capacity for your workers by providing on-site training and treatment for common musculoskeletal conditions.

Let us triage injuries when they happen and provide immediate intervention. We also utilize standardized testing to identify potential malingering. Expect fewer missed work days and fewer worker’s comp claims.

We can spot poor body mechanics, bad lifting techniques and other potential injurious behavior, then provide education/training on the scene to help prevent a problem.

Work Hardening Program

PreceptWellness can establish an efficient and effective work hardening program onsite at your business to get injured employees back to work more quickly. Our physical therapists will work with your team physician or the employee’s PCP to institute a safe job-specific strengthening program to help him or her return to work safely, with regular oversight to ensure a fast return without complications.

The Well@Work program starts at $15/month per employee, and treatment visits are only $50. Let us intervene before a worker’s comp claim is made. If a claim IS made, we are an authorized provider of services with the OWCP and can continue to treat your employee.

We also offer incentives to employers for signing up their workforce with PreceptWellness: If you sign up:

50% of your employees—quarterly jobsite monitoring and assessment: recommendations for safety improvements (while maintaining worker productivity) and potential environmental or behavioral hazards

75% of your employees—annual staff inservices provided by Precept therapy staff (body ergonomics, lifting techniques, pain self-assessment, etc)

95% or more—receive a $5 discount per employee treatment visit!
